1026 Assessing the Reliability of 3D Imaging for Wound Measurements

Abstract Aim To investigate the inter and intra reliability of using 3D imaging to measure wounds. Method 20 wound models 4 different shaped wounds in 5 colours were created from plastic mouldable beads. images taken BlasterX Senz3D camera measured GPC Wound Measure application (version 3.15.0.0, UK). Intra-user was determined comparing measurements each model. Inter-user by clinicians photographing model independently measuring photo. The inter- intra-rater for surface area volume compared ICC differences overall mean plotted on Bland-Altman graphs.
